PROCEDURE:

  1. Add Phase A ingredients one at a time with good mixing in between additions.
  2. Ensure homogeneity of the batch before adding next ingredient.
  3. pH adjusts with Citric acid solution to pH=5.0-5.5.
  4. Fill into appropriate containers and charge with propellant (Phase B).
