PROCEDURE:

  1. Add the ingredients from Phase A in the order listed with adequate mixing in between. Heat to 70-75°C.
  2. Premix ingredients from Phase B and heat to 70C-75°C in a separate vessel. Once at 70-75°C, add to Phase A and mix until homogeneous.
  3. Cool the batch to 40°C while mixing, and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Adjust the pH to 5.0-5.5.
