PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat Phase A to 85ºC ± 5ºC, while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  2. Prepare Phase B colorants by dispersing in Diisostearyl Malate via colloid or roller mill.
  3. While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  4. While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  5. While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC while medium speed mixing until uniform.
  6. While maintaining temperature, pour sticks and fill components.
