Procedure:

Prepare at RT phase A by swelling the Cosmedia® SP until getting a homogeneous gel. Add at RT the ingredients of phase B under moderate stirring.

When homogeneous, add ingredients of phase C and mix until completely incorporated.

Adjust pH at 6.0 if necessary.
