Manufacturing Process for lab scale

  1. First disperse Rheocare® C Plus and then Verdessence™ Xanthan in water/Glycerin and stir until a uniform gel is formed
  2. Add the remain components of phase A
  3. Heat phase A up to 80°C.
  4. Heat phase B separately to 80°C
  5. Add phase B to phase A while stirring.
  6. Stir while cooling to 35°C.
  7. If necessary, adjust the pH value to 6.0 – 6.5 with sodium hydroxide and stop stirring at 30°C.
