Manufacturing Process for lab scale
- First disperse Rheocare® C Plus and then Verdessence™ Xanthan in water/Glycerin and stir until a uniform gel is formed
- Add the remain components of phase A
- Heat phase A up to 80°C.
- Heat phase B separately to 80°C
- Add phase B to phase A while stirring.
- Stir while cooling to 35°C.
- If necessary, adjust the pH value to 6.0 – 6.5 with sodium hydroxide and stop stirring at 30°C.
