How to Use: Apply to clean face in the morning and/or evening.

Procedure for Hydrating Water Cream DWLA2103
- Add each ingredient one by one, mixing well upon addition
- Adjust pH to 5.0 – 6.0 with citric acid solution if needed
Results
Appearance: slightly opaque viscous gel
pH at 25°C: 5.5 – 6.0
Viscosity at 25°C (LVT Spindle T-F @ 3 rpm; 1 min): 80,000 – 85,000 cps
