PROCEDURE:

  1. Combine Phase A and allow gums to swell
  2. Add Phase B and begin heating to 85 ± 3°C
  3. Once Polvyinyl Alcohol has dissolved begin cooling the batch to room temperature
  4. Add Phase C one ingredient at a time.
  5. Premix Phase D add to the batch, mix well until uniform.
