PROCEDURE:
- Combine phase A ingredients. Allow xanthan gum to fully hydrate
- Heat phase A to 75 ± 3°C. Add RadianSkin and allow to dissolve. Add remaining phase A ingredients.
- Heat phase B to 75 ± 3°C
- Add phase B to A while homogenizing. Switch to lightening mixing and continue mixing and cooling.
- Add phase C continute cooling to RT
- Mix well then stop
