The water based formula gives a refreshing cool feeling at first, and the Orgasol® 2002 EXD NAT COS gives a matte shadow sensation as the water evaporates. It provides moderate coverage and its creamy texture enhances the excellent feeling of a water shadow.

Procedure:

  • Pulverize phase A using the HENSCHEL mixer. (500 50rpm 120seconds)
  • Mix the raw ingredients of phase B.
  • After phase A filtration, put phase B into phase A and then pulverize phase A+B using the 10L mixer. (1step 120seconds)
