PROCEDURE:

Start base Formula:

  1. In a side kettle, weigh Phase A, medium speed mix until uniform
  2. Slowly sprinkle Phase B into Phase A, heat to 70±5°C.
  3. In the main kettle, weigh Phase C, heat to 80±5°C and homogenize until uniform

Add Shade Phase:

  1. Pulverize Phase D
  2. Add Phase D to Phase C, maintaining temperature and homogenize until uniform
  3. Add Phase AB to Phase CD, maintaining temperature and homogenize
  4. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD, maintaining temperature and mix until uniform
  5. Slow speed sweep until cooled to 25±5°C
