This formulation features:
- Dermalcare® LIA acts as an emollient and solvent. It has a 100% vegetable origin and is non-toxic, non-irritating, fully biodegradable and environment friendly.
- CelluCap™️ C is an environmentally degradable Vitamin C (Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate) carrier system based on natural modified polymer (Cellulose Acetate Butyrate) which protects and stabilizes Vitamin C from degradation. Allows controlled active release whilst application uses.
- Cameleon™️ Cellu Brown – Tagra’s Cameleon Caps made from Cellulose based polymer represent a new generation of color encapsulation products, opening new dimensions for formulators who are creating color effects in gels, foams, powders and o/w emulsions.

Procedure for Tinted Day Care Sebum Control
Add Phase A to Phase B at 70°C and homogenize for 1 minute. At 40°C, homogenize again. Adjust pH to 5. Add Phase C to Phase AB. Add Phase D to Phase ABC and homogenize. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD and mix. Add Phase F to Phase ABCDE and mix moderately.
