PROCEDURE:

  1. Add ingredients of phase A in order listed with adequate agitation, making sure all components are completely dissolved before adding the next and heat to 70°C-75°C.
  2. Mix ingredients of Phase B and heat to 70°C-75°C. Mix until all ingredients are completely dissolved and add into Phase A with high agitation. Continue mixing for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Cool to 40°C and add Luviquat ® Supreme (Phase C) into Phase A.
  4. Premix phase D and add to combined phases.
  5. Fill into appropriate containers and charge with propellant (Phase E).
