Procedure:
- Combine phase A and heat to 75C. First add oils, then melt waxes, then add Tinosorb S, mix until clear.
- Add B to A and mix until uniform
- Combine phase C, start mixing and heating to 75C
- Pre-mix phase D and add to C, and mix until uniform and reaches 75C
- Homogenize A/B until uniform (30sec to 1min)
- Then add A/B to C/D and homogenize for 1.5min until uniform
- Transfer to propeller mixing and start cooling.
- At 30C or less add phase E ingredients one at a time and mix until uniform
- Adjust pH to 7.2 if necessary
