PROCEDURE:

  1. Pre-mix phase A in large beaker and begin heating to 75-80 °C.
  2. Pre-mix phase B in side beaker and begin heating to 80-85 °C. Start prop mix when liquid.
  3. Pre-mix phase C in side beaker. Warm slightly (45-50 °C)
  4. At temperature, slowly add B to A under homogenizer. When uniform, slowly add phase C. Homogenize until uniform.
  5. Move to sweep blade and begin cool down. Pre-mix phase D until uniform.
  6. Below 45°C, add pre-mixed D and phase E individually.
  7. Move to homogenizer, mix until uniform and then slowly add phase F. Mix until uniform.
  8. Move back to sweep and drop below 35°C.
