Procedure:
1. Combine each Phase A ingredient one by one mixing well in between. Begin heating to 70-75C.
2. Combine each phase B ingredient in a separate beaker and heat to 70-75C. Add Phase B to Phase A mixing well. Homogenize and cool to 40C.
3. Add each of the Phase C ingredients one by one and adjust pH to 5.0-5.5 as needed.
