Procedure:

1. Add Phase A ingredients into main tank and start to mix at a vortex.

2. In a side-phase, mix Phase B ingredients together until it becomes homogeneous. 

3. Add Phase B into Phase A.  Allow Phase B ingredients to fully hydrate.  Then, heat batch to 75 – 80˚C.

4. In another side-phase, combine Phase C ingredients together and mix well while heating it to 75 – 80˚C.  Add Phase C to main phase and homogenize until batch becomes uniform.

5. Cool batch to 40C.  Add Phase D ingredients, mixing well after each addition.

6. Stop batch, QS to 100% with DI Water, and then and adjust pH to 4.50 – 5.50, if necessary.
